Participants in the class gain insights into mastering Business Agility to thrive in the competitive market. They discuss how to establish the team and technical agility and organize and reorganize around the flow of value. They also learn and practice the skills to support and execute PI Planning events and coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Attend a 2-day Leading SAFe® 6.0 course led by SAFe Program Consultants (SPCs).
Successful Completion
On successful completion of the course, SPC will send your details to the Scaled Agile.

Leading SAFe® 6 Training: What are the prerequisites for taking the Leading SAFe® course?
Anyone interested can attend this Leading SAFe® course regardless of the experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:
* 5+ years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
* Experience in Scrum
Leading SAFe® 6 Training: Is online/virtual Leading SAFe® training available?
In general Scaled Agile doesn’t offer online courses as they believe that understanding SAFe® requires a higher level of personal interaction which can’t be done in a virtual environment.
But, considering the continuous spread of COVID-19, Scaled Agile is temporarily allowing all of their courses to be in an online format, including the Leading SAFe® classes without affecting the quality of the training.
Leading SAFe® 6 Training: How long does it take to complete the Leading SAFe® training?
The Leading SAFe® 6 training course takes 2-days’ to complete which includes both theoretical and practical sessions.
SAFe® Agilist Certification: Who offers the SAFe® Agilist certification?
SAFe® Agilist is a credential offered by Scaled Agile which demonstrates your ability in applying SAFe to scale Lean and Agile development in the enterprise.
SAFe® Agilist Certification: How to maintain the SAFe® Agilist certification?
To maintain the SAFe® Agilist certification, you need to pay $100 for every 1 year.
What are PDUs and SEUs?
PDUs (Professional Development Units) and SEUs (Scrum Educational Units) are the credits offered by the Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance, respectively. Successful completion of educational training or learning opportunities, which serve to validate your participation and continued proficiency helps you earn these PDUs and SEUs.
How many PDUs and SEUs will I get by attending the Leading SAFe® course?
On successful completion of the Leading SAFe® training, you will receive 15 PDUs and 15 SEUs.
Leading SAFe® 6 Exam: What is the SAFe® Agilist certification exam format?
The Leading SAFe® 6 certification exam is an online test comprising 45 MCQs. Candidates should answer a minimum of 35 questions correct out of 45 in 90 min to pass the exam and obtain the SAFe® Agilist certification.
Leading SAFe® 6 Exam: What is the exam retake policy?
First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50. Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after the first attempt. Third attempt requires a 10-day wait. Fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.
Leading SAFe® 6 Exam: Is it mandatory to take the Leading SAFe® 5 training in order to attempt the exam?
Yes, because Scaled Agile believes that true learning with a SPC (SAFe® Program Consultant) requires in-person instruction.
